EXOPAI provides AI automation, workflow design, CRM/process automation, consulting, and implementation services.
Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in separate proposals, invoices, or written agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access needed to deliver the work.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs, approving workflows before launch, and maintaining accounts or third-party tools you own.
4. Payments and Billing
Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Work may be paused if payment is late or required access is not provided.
5. Intellectual Property
EXOPAI retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, processes, systems, and know-how.
After full payment, clients own custom deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties should protect non-public business, technical, financial, and operational information shared during an engagement.
Confidential information should only be used for the purpose of delivering or receiving the agreed services.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on a professional-effort basis and do not guarantee specific revenue, leads, rankings, or business outcomes.
EXOPAI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party platform damages to the fullest extent allowed by law.
8. Termination
Either party may end an engagement according to the applicable proposal or written agreement.
The client remains responsible for approved work completed, active subscriptions, and unpaid amounts up to termination.
9. Governing Terms and Contact
These terms apply unless a separate written agreement between you and EXOPAI says otherwise.
